Postal Options Explained

YOU ARE USING 1ST CLASS AND 2ND CLASS NON SIGNED FOR, AND INTERNATIONAL STANDARD AT YOUR OWN RISK.

 

- UK ONLY 2nd class is a slower option, but also cheaper, which is not tracked. 

- UK ONLY 1st class is a faster option, which is not tracked.

Please be aware that in the unlikely circumstance of your package going missing, I am unable to refund or reship goods out to you because 1st class and 2nd class do not offer compensation. By using this service, you understand that there is no compensation and that I am not liable to refund you for your missing order. You are using these options at your own risk.

- RECOMMENDED UK ONLY 2nd class signed for is a slower option compared to 1st class, and the reference number will be updated once the package has been delivered.

- RECOMMENDED UK ONLY 1st class signed for is a faster option, and the reference number will be updated once the package has been delivered.

With these options, you will be able to check the reference number and see if your item has been delivered, and who has signed for it. Currently, Royal Mail will not ask you to sign for a package and will sign on your behalf. If a package happens to go missing, your order does have compensation, which means you are able to claim a full refund of the value of the goods. Please contact me if this is the case, and I can look further into your order and what has happened to it.

- RECOMMENDED UK ONLY Tracked 48hr is a fully tracked end-to-end delivery service. This means you can check exactly where your package is within the UK, and when it has been delivered.

With this option, you will be able to check where your order is at all times. If a package happens to go missing, your order does have compensation, which means you are able to claim a full refund of the value of the goods. Please contact me if this is the case, and I can look further into your order and what has happened to it.

 

- INTERNATIONAL STANDARD. This is the standard option for shipping out of the UK. It does not offer any tracking or compensation.
