PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers. Payments And Refunds
Payment is due at checkout, no holds or payment plans.
Cancellations are RARELY permitted so please be sure you want to buy the product you are looking at.
Shipping
Shipping rates are calculated based on your location and the weight of the product. International shipping can be expensive but please keep in mind it is out of my control since I make all shipments through Royal Mail. Pre-made items will ship within 1 week of your purchase.
Address Changes:
Any address changes need to be brought to my attention within 2 hours after purchase but CANNOT be changed to a different country due to the difference in shipping fees. Please email or DM me on Instagram with any address changes as soon as possible.
International Custom Fees:
I am not responsible for customs fees if there are any. If you do not wish to pay customs fees, please do not order. I know that they can be very steep for high-value orders, I do try to always value them less than what they were sold for since these are handmade items.
Please be aware that due to new EU laws regarding exports from Great Britain as of the 1st July 2021, there may be a small additional VAT and handling charge payable to your countries delivery partner, which will be the customer's responsibility to pay upon receiving the item into the countries border. This only applies to customers ordering within the EU.
Returns And Exchanges
I will not be accepting returns or exchanges for any products due to their nature. They are yours once they are delivered.
Damaged Items:
If your product ARRIVES damaged then please let me know with photographic proof and we can work out a solution to try to fix the item. You can either send it back to me, at your own risk and cost or attempt to fix it yourself.
Trying to remove the handle is the easiest way to damage your pacifier so please try to refrain from doing so. The teat can be washed in your sink or with wipes while still assembled.
I am not responsible for any damages after it has been delivered so please treat them with care!
Additional Policies
I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
Failure to follow terms of service can result in prohibition from future purchases.
I have the right to prohibit/blacklist anyone from my shop for rudeness, threats, frequent returning, fraudulent flags, chargebacks, etc.
I am not responsible for any injury while products are in use.
