 Items are packed in a secure box/mailer with sufficient packaging. Any damage caused by delivery and handling is out of my control. This does mean that if an item gets damaged in transit, I am unable to offer a refund or replacement. I do everything I can to prevent damage from occurring, such as fragile labels, padded mailers and strong boxes.
